John Wes Green is an innovative, visionary digital, MCM and relationship marketing evangelist who has a long history of facilitating change and adoption of new ideas and approaches in Fortune 500 companies. He is Digital Practice Lead in the Advisory Service Group at Paragon Solutions, where he provides thought leadership for the consultancy’s Life Sciences clients.
John began his career in Financial Services working for American Express, eventually moving to Citibank in 1999 where he was V.P. of eCommerce Strategy. Seeking a more challenging fulfilling opportunity he moved into the Pharma space in the fall of 2001. He spent most of the last decade on the client side, concentrating his efforts in Pharmaceutical product launches, brand growth and line extension efforts across Metabolic Devices, Cardiovascular, Central Nervous System, and Pain Management therapeutic classes.
His ability to create unique approaches that influence patients and win over physicians through the use of data driven insights is matched by his strong analytical acumen. His profitable innovative ideas have been grounded in rigorous ROI models that have projected, forecasted and validated the impact of eM/RM Consumer and HCP marketing efforts. Championing and facilitating fluid and dynamic working relationships has allowed him to solve complex business issues.
He has extensive experience in strategic planning, influencing investment, mining consumer insights, leading projects, managing processes and people. He graduated with honors from New York University with a Masters in Direct and Interactive Marketing.
